Why do you publish starting prices?
So you can tell quickly whether we're the right fit before spending time on a call. The 'from' figures are honest starting points for the scope each model typically covers; your final price depends on the specifics, which we confirm in a short discovery call. We'd rather be transparent than make you email us just to learn a ballpark.
Do you take on small projects and tight budgets?
Yes. Our Starter tier begins at Rs 15,000 for a simple site, landing page, chatbot, or small automation — done for you, usually live in about a week, with an optional care plan from Rs 3,000/month. Our Website Design tier (from Rs 1 lakh) is for a fully custom, designed site rather than a template. Small doesn't mean second-class: you get the same reliability and support as our larger engagements, which is where a cheap freelancer often falls short.
What is the Automation Sprint?
A fixed-price, two-week engagement (from Rs 45,000) for teams that know AI or automation could help but aren't sure where to start. We map your highest-ROI workflow, ship a working proof-of-concept on your real data, and hand you a costed build roadmap. If you go ahead with the full build, the entire Sprint fee is credited toward it — so it's a low-risk way to de-risk a bigger decision.
Do your prices include VAT?
No — published prices are exclusive of the 13% VAT that applies to services in Nepal. Your proposal will always show the VAT line clearly, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
What's the minimum engagement?
The smallest way to work with us is the two-week Automation Sprint. For full projects, we scope from a focused build; for retainers, we start at one month with a minimum commitment of three months.
How do you price a project?
We quote a fixed price for scoped work, or a flat monthly rate for retainers — not by the hour. That keeps your budget predictable from day one and means we're focused on the outcome, not hours logged. You'll always see the full price (and the 13% VAT line) before any work begins.
