How do you quote a project?

We start with a conversation to understand your goals, constraints, and scope. From there, we give you a clear proposal with a fixed price or monthly rate, timeline, and deliverables — before any work begins.

Are your rates comparable to Western agencies?

Our rates are significantly lower than a comparable London or New York agency — because we're based in Kathmandu, where senior talent costs less. You get the same engineering quality, none of the markup.

Do you do hourly billing?

Rarely. We prefer fixed-scope projects or monthly retainers because they align incentives: we focus on outcomes, not hours logged.

What's the minimum engagement?

For projects, the minimum is typically a focused 2-week sprint. For retainers, we start at one month with a minimum commitment of three months.
